Unfortunately more times than not, individuals battling mental health diagnosis are encompassed with substance abuse.  This often leads to the lack of improper treatment and programs for the core issue of their mental health diagnosis. 

Willow Arbors will focus on and provide a treatment plan designed specifically to allow those with Mental Health Diagnosis the skills necessary for a sustainable transition to independent living. Services will include:

• 24/7 Supervision

• Case Management

• Coordination and referral to community treatment providers

• Crisis Prevention and management

• Medication management

• Individual goal planning for each resident

• Supervision and assistance with daily independent living skill and activities 

• Advocacy during medical appointments
